History
The Company (formerly Hatch Corporate Finance and a joint venture between HCF’s senior management and the Hatch Group (“Hatch”)) was recently acquired by HCF’s senior management. However, HCF and Hatch will continue to work together to best serve the needs of their clients.
Hatch is an employee-owned multidiscipline firm that provides custom process design, business strategies, technologies and project and construction management from 65 offices around the world for clients in the Metals, Infrastructure and Energy market sectors.
