Alliance mandates on Koumbia bauxite

Alliance Mining Commodities (AMD) has appointed HCF International as financial adviser on its US$812 million Koumbia bauxite project in Guinea. HCF will be response for attracting equity and debt funding.
Koumbia Bauxite is located in the Boke Bauxite Belt of north-western Guinea. It has a forecast production of 10 million tonnes per year of direct shipping ore, with production expected to start in 2016. Construction of the mine will begin next year.
