Jefferies and Hatch Corporate Finance align to enhance global mining expertise

Jefferies and Hatch Corporate Finance, a London-based business practice of the Hatch Group and leading corporate finance advisor to the metals and mining-related industries, have entered into a strategic alliance to provide financing and advisory-related services to the global mining industry.
The strategic alliance will be managed within Jefferies by Managing Director David M. Wheeler and Senior Vice President William J. Hunter. Guy de Selliers, Chairman of Hatch Corporate Finance, together with CEO Rod Beddows and Managing Director Rama Ayman, will jointly lead the effort from Hatch Corporate Finance. Jefferies’ partnership with Hatch Corporate Finance will enable both firms to offer a wider range of services and provide a complete financial solution to emerging mid-sized clients in the mining industry.
