HCF International Advisers Ltd (HCF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Andor Lips as Senior Advisor. Andor’s role will be focused on identifying high quality mining projects and the origination of advisory mandates across the mining sector globally.
With a doctorate in Geology and a wealth of experience in mining, exploration and banking – Andor also brings strong technical knowledge that further complements HCF’s breadth of expertise and will assist in building out the profile of HCF globally.

Prior to joining HCF, Andor has held senior positions with Eldorado Gold Corporation, Lydian International Ltd, ING Bank N.V., the Commodity Discovery Fund, and BRGM, whilst also providing external expert advice to the European Commission (2010-2020) and UNESCO (2007-2012).
Andor has a doctorate and MSc in Geology from University of Utrecht, the Netherlands and he speaks Dutch, English and French languages.
