HCF International Advisers Ltd (HCF) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Bellingham as Managing Director. David will primarily be responsible for the origination and execution of financing transactions globally.

With a background as a mining engineer, a project finance lender and an equity investor, David brings considerable experience and knowledge across the full development cycle of projects.

Before joining HCF, David was a senior advisor to Citibank’s global commodities team. David also led the mining investments team at Quantum Global, focused on private equity and mezzanine investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that, David worked as a project finance banker with Nedbank, WestLB and Rothschild.
David has an MSc in Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter and a Degree in Business from Monash University. David is a CFA charterholder.
