HCF is a London-based, independent corporate finance advisory boutique. For over 20 years we have been advising on projects in the metals, mining and associated infrastructure sectors – across six continents. Our clients range from single asset junior developers and mid-tier operators through to major mining companies and financial institutions. We cover all commodities from base to precious metals, as well as specialty metals. We have established ourselves as the go-to adviser for energy transition metals and minerals. Since our establishment in 2003, we have successfully executed transactions with a combined value exceeding US$ 13 billion.
